Terms of Service – Al-Falah Quran Teaching

At Al-Falah Quran Teaching, we welcome all students and parents to a journey of meaningful Quranic learning. Our mission is to provide high-quality education in a structured, engaging, and respectful environment. To ensure a smooth and effective learning experience, we kindly request you to review and adhere to the following Terms and Conditions.

Class Schedule & Attendance

Once your class schedule is confirmed, it should be followed consistently. Changes should only be made in case of emergencies or unavoidable time constraints. Frequent rescheduling may disrupt learning progress.

All schedule-related discussions should involve both your teacher and the Al-Falah Quran Teaching Admin Team to ensure proper coordination.

Teachers are expected to start classes on time. If your teacher is more than 5 minutes late, please inform us via WhatsApp immediately. Otherwise, the academy is not responsible for the missed class.

If you need to take leave, notify the Admin Team at least 1 hour before your scheduled class. Unreported absences will be marked as missed with no make-up class.

Absence Policy

If a student is absent for more than 3 consecutive classes without prior notice, Al-Falah Quran Teaching reserves the right to cancel their classes without a refund.

Missed classes are non-refundable, but students may request a make-up class if prior notice was given to the admin.

Make-up classes must be taken within 30 days of the missed session. After this period, rescheduling or refunds will not be provided.

Payment Policy

Monthly fees must be paid in advance at the start of each billing cycle, based on your registration date.

After completing trial classes, you may discuss fee plans with the Admin Team, and payments should be made on the due date.

If payment is overdue by more than 7 days without prior notice or a valid reason, Al-Falah Quran Teaching reserves the right to suspend your classes.

Once a month’s classes begin, the full monthly fee must be paid regardless of attendance.

Privacy & Security

Your privacy and security are our top priorities. To protect your personal information:

Do not share any personal contact details (phone number, email, social media accounts, or payment information) with teachers or staff.

Our teachers are not allowed to request or exchange personal contact details with students or parents. If you encounter such behavior, report it immediately.

Al-Falah Quran Teaching is not responsible for any misuse of information shared outside our official channels.
