Terms of Service – Al-Falah Quran Teaching

By registering for online Quran classes at Al-Falah Quran Teaching, whether for yourself or your child, you agree to the following Terms of Service:

Class Recordings & Privacy

All classes are recorded for quality assurance purposes. If you do not consent to recording, please inform us in advance. This is also outlined in our Privacy Policy.

Trial Classes & Fee Payment

After completing your free trial classes, you must decide whether to continue with our services.
If you choose to continue, fees must be paid in advance by the last week of each month for the upcoming month.
Failure to pay on time may result in your classes being paused.

Overdue Payments & Class Suspension

If payment is overdue by more than 7 days, Al-Falah Quran Teaching reserves the right to stop classes without prior notice.

Class Reservation & Holding Fees

If you need to pause your classes but wish to resume with the same teacher at the same time, a full fee per student is required to reserve the slot.

Leave Policy & Make-up Classes

Leaves are considered paid, and no make-up classes will be provided unless otherwise stated.
If a student takes more than 5 consecutive days of leave, make-up classes may not be accommodated due to teacher availability.
If a student misses a class without prior notice, no make-up class will be arranged unless due to an emergency.

Notifying Absences & Make-up Classes

To request a make-up class, you must inform your teacher at least 6 hours in advance via Skype or email.
Make-up classes are subject to teacher availability and may be conducted by a different teacher.

Prolonged Absences & Class Cancellation

If a student remains absent for more than two weeks without prior notice, Al-Falah Quran Teaching reserves the right to cancel the classes, and no refunds will be issued.

Confidentiality & Security

Do not share personal information such as phone numbers, email addresses, or credit card details with teachers.
Al-Falah Quran Teaching is not responsible for any misuse of shared information.

Teacher Assignments & Changes

We reserve the right to change teachers at any time to maintain the highest quality of teaching.
If a teacher resigns or is terminated, a new teacher will be assigned.
Students are not permitted to stay in contact with former teachers. Al-Falah Quran Teaching will not be responsible for any issues arising from such contact.

Annual Fee Adjustments

Fees may be adjusted annually by 6-7% at the end of the Gregorian calendar year.

Payment Discussions

Students and parents must not discuss payment matters with teachers. Any financial transactions should only be handled through official Al-Falah Quran Teaching channels.

Fee Variations

Fees may be subject to revision based on Al-Falah Quran Teaching’s policies and Terms of Service at any given time.

Eid Holidays & Teacher Leaves

Eid holidays are the only paid leaves for teachers.
These holidays are included in the monthly fees, and no make-up classes or refunds will be provided.

Terms Updates & Applicability

Al-Falah Quran Teaching reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be published on our website.
These Terms of Service apply to all students without exception.
